This End User Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Siddhesh Chaudhari (“Developer”) for the mobile game Sudoku (“Game”), which is available for download on the Google Play Store.
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the Game.
1. Licence Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial use on your mobile device.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to the Game are owned by the Developer. This Agreement does not grant you any rights in or to the Game, except for the limited licence provided herein.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Use the Game only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
- Not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Game without the prior written consent of the Developer.
- Not engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the Game or its servers.
4. Advertisements
The Game is free to play and may contain advertisements. You acknowledge that the Developer is not responsible for the content of any advertisements and does not endorse any products or services advertised.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Game, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Game.
- Any unauthorised access to or use of the Developer’s servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Game.
- Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Game by any third party.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this Agreement or your use of the Game.
8. Changes to this Agreement
The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on the Google Play Store or within the Game. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User Licence Agreement.
